LLP Compliance
Streamline your annual compliance to avoid heavy penalties and
maintain a clean track record on the MCA portal.
LLP Compliance involves the annual submission of business activities and financial health
reports to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Since an LLP is a separate legal entity, it must
adhere to the rules laid down by the LLP Act, 2008. Unlike companies, LLPs have a simpler
compliance structure, but the penalties for missing deadlines are significantly higher.
What is LLP Compliance?
LLP Compliance is the mandatory process of filing annual returns and financial statements with
the Registrar of Companies (ROC). It ensures that the government has updated records of the
partners, registered office, and the financial standing of the partnership for each financial
year.
